The Data Controller is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of Personal Data in accordance with the principles of fairness, legality, transparency, and the protection of your rights.

1) TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

We process personal data provided by you (name, email, company name, phone number, etc.) when you send requests voluntarily, as well as data automatically collected by the website.

  • Data you provide: personal, identifying, and non-sensitive data provided by you to make requests via email, through the contact form, or by phone regarding our products/services.
  • Data we collect automatically: anonymous data collected using cookies or similar technologies: for more information, please refer to the Cookie Policy further below.

Note: Users under the age of 16 cannot provide personal data without parental consent or the consent of the person exercising parental authority.

 

2) PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES OF PROCESSING

We will process your personal data:

A) to fulfill our contractual obligations; respond to your requests for information; calculate a quote you have requested; execute sales contracts for products or services; provide you with the necessary assistance regarding products and services purchased.

B) to conduct aggregated statistical analysis on an anonymous basis to improve our services;

C) for administrative purposes and to comply with legal obligations such as accounting, tax, or to respond to judicial authority requests.

D) in the case of submitting a resume, exclusively for recruitment purposes.

 

3) IS PROVIDING DATA MANDATORY?

Providing your data is always optional, but failure to provide it may make it impossible to carry out some processes, such as those strictly related to the fulfillment of a contract or the provision of the services you requested.

4) LOCATION, PROCESSING METHODS, AND RETENTION TIMES

Your personal data is processed through the operations outlined in Article 4 of the Privacy Code and Article 4, paragraph 2 of the GDPR, specifically: collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, deletion, and destruction of data.

Your personal data is stored at the Data Controller’s location and is subject to both paper and electronic and/or automated processing with logic strictly related to the purposes outlined and in a way that ensures the security and confidentiality of the data. The data you send is not saved on our website.

The Data Controller will process the personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the above purposes and in any case for no longer than 10 years from the termination of the relationship for the purposes under point C, and for no longer than 38 months from data collection for the purposes under point B.

5) ACCESS TO DATA

Your data may be made accessible for the purposes indicated in point 2:

  • to employees and collaborators of the Data Controller, in their capacity as authorized and/or internal data processors and/or system administrators;
  • to third-party companies or other entities (web site providers, cloud providers, e-payment service providers, suppliers, technical staff for hardware and software support, couriers and carriers, credit institutions, professional firms, etc.) performing outsourcing activities on behalf of the Data Controller, in their capacity as data processors.

 

6) DATA TRANSFER

The data will not be disclosed, sold, or exchanged with entities other than the data controller, the data processors, and the authorized personnel without your express and explicit consent.

7) YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to know what personal data is being processed. In particular, you have the right of access, rectification, deletion, as well as the right to data portability, the right to restriction of processing, and the right to object to processing, if the conditions are met.

Below, we provide a brief overview of the rights you have with respect to the processing of your personal data.

  • The right of access allows you to confirm whether your personal data is being processed by the Data Controller and, if so, to access such data and related information;
  • The right to rectification allows you to obtain the modification of inaccurate personal data concerning you without undue delay and, taking into account the purposes of processing, to obtain the completion of incomplete personal data;
  • The right to erasure allows you to obtain the deletion of your personal data without undue delay (e.g., when your personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected), subject to exceptions under applicable law (e.g., when retention of your data is necessary for compliance with legal obligations applicable to the data controller). Deletion will be carried out within the technical timescales;
  • The right to data portability allows you, under certain circumstances specified by applicable law, to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. You may transmit this data to another data controller, provided that this right is recognized under applicable law, and subject to the condition that it does not infringe upon the rights and freedoms of others;
  • The right to restriction of processing allows you, under certain circumstances specified by applicable law, to obtain the restriction of processing of your personal data. In such cases, the Data Controller may continue processing your data only in certain cases, such as for the exercise of legal rights or to protect the rights of another person;
  • The right to object to processing allows you, under certain circumstances specified by applicable law, to object to the processing of your personal data unless there are overriding legitimate grounds, rights, or freedoms that allow the Data Controller to continue processing.
